Candidates can submit a letter of intent before February 28, 2014, to request assistance in finding a potential host mentor among the ASH membership. Candidates who have identified a host mentor on their own are not required to submit a letter of intent but must verify that the proposed mentor is an active ASH member. Final VTP applications are due by May 2, 2014.
